The Adams Street Shul Calendar

Everyone is invited to our weekly class on The Religious Roots of the State of Israel, which is resuming this Saturday afternoon. 

This week we will analyze Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook's article Eulogy in Jerusalem, written in response to Theodore Hertzl’s death. 

The class is led by Elana Medvedovsky-Khanukaev. 

Elana was previously the Educational Director at Center Makor, and is currently a board member there, focused on developing special programs.  

Elana has a vast interest in Jewish texts and Jewish Philosophical thinking (both medieval and contemporary), and is excited to share her knowledge and passion with the wide Jewish community.

Elana is also a practicing psychoanalyst and psychotherapist, with clinical interests in classic psychoanalysis and in attachment theory. 

The class begins each Saturday at about 12:30 PM, after kiddush winds down.
